1. Paid features
cMe may offer paid or VIP features that expand app limits or unlock additional capabilities. Current examples may include higher group limits, larger group capacity, more preset addresses, and longer location history access.
2. Free and VIP limits
Feature limits may vary by app version, platform, promotion, region, or product configuration. The app or app store purchase screen will show the subscription option available to you before purchase.
3. Billing through app stores
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by the app store platform used for the purchase, such as Google Play. Your payment method, billing cycle, taxes, renewal, and receipt are managed through that platform.
4. Renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal deadline set by the app store. Review the store's subscription settings for the exact renewal date and cancellation requirements.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel an active subscription through the app store account that was used to subscribe. Deleting the cMe app or deleting your cMe account may not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are generally handled by the app store where the purchase was made and are subject to that store's policies. More information is available in our Refund Policy.
7. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, paid features may remain available until the end of the paid billing period. When the subscription expires, your account may return to free feature limits.
8. Changes to paid features
We may update subscription features, pricing, limits, or availability over time. Material changes will be shown in the app, app store listing, or related policy pages where appropriate.
